BE Fleet has three main features automating; reporting, booking, receiving service and invoicing all of which support the management of your fleet helping to drive efficiency and giving you complete transparency on both fleet and service performance.

Electronic Dispatching

Electronic dispatching allows you to request and dispatch service via the internet. Your service provider is notified that you require service via email or text enabled phones. The dispatch identifies the unit needing repair as well as the problem and urgency of the call. You are also notified immediately when the service provider acknowledges the call.

Invoicing

BE Fleet allows the service provider to enter an invoice online in response to your service call. You are notified electronically that an invoice has been sent. This process streamlines the maintenance procurement process. In addition, it ensures that invoices can only be issued to match a requested service call.

The BE Fleet invoicing system also enables easy dispute resolution. If you have a problem with the invoice simply dispute the invoice and state why online. The dispute is then forwarded back to the service provider for resolution.

Fleet Reporting

Our asset management tool provides easy access to the data that you need to make business decisions about your fleet. As a result of the dispatching and invoicing process you now have all the data needed to make informed fleet decisions. We provide a suite of online, real-time reports that are available at your fingertips.
